Community Tours: Giving Partners Thrift Shop

Join Sensational Seniors and Saint Matthew for a special Community Tour featuring Diablo Valley Giving Partners, following last month’s inspiring seminar on the power of volunteerism and giving back.
We’ll begin with coffee and casual conversation at Sideboard Neighborhood Kitchen & Coffee Bar in Lafayette, where you’re welcome to purchase a coffee or bite to eat while connecting with fellow attendees. Then, we’ll head just two doors down to the Giving Partners Thrift Shop for a guided tour. Discover how this all-volunteer nonprofit serves our local community, learn about volunteer opportunities, and see how the thrift shop helps fund programs that make a meaningful difference throughout Contra Costa County.

Diablo Valley Giving Partners is a 400-member, all-volunteer nonprofit serving Contra Costa County through programs that provide school enrichment, clothing, food assistance, crisis support, and scholarships, improving lives through community action.
