Know your Body. Build Your Longevity.
January 27, 2027 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

What if a quick look at your body composition could help you better understand how to stay strong, active, and independent as you age?
Join Sensational Seniors™ and Behavioral Fitness™ for a special educational event focused on one of the strongest markers of healthy aging: muscle mass.
Dr. Allyson Mayo, DBH, Founder of Behavioral Fitness, will provide participants with a personalized body composition scan and practical, science-based education to help you better understand your results and what they mean for your long-term health.
What to Expect
1. Scan
Step onto a high-end body composition scanner on-site. The scan is quick, comfortable, and non-invasive.
2. Understand
Receive a report with measurements including muscle mass, body fat, and other key body composition markers.
3. Act
Learn what your results mean and receive personalized, research-backed guidance to help support strength, mobility, independence, and healthy aging.
Why Muscle Mass Matters
Strength is about more than muscle. It supports how we move, how we age, and how independently we can live. Understanding where you are today can provide a helpful starting point for making informed choices that support a stronger, more active future.
Before Your Scan
For the most accurate body composition results, please:
• Do not eat for 2–3 hours before the event. Water is okay.
• Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours before the event.
• If you have a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator, you cannot receive the body composition scan. You are still warmly invited to attend and participate in the educational portion of the event.
